That’s how Robbie Williams started off at Ullevi. I didn’t get to run in on the lightramp though, but I’m a happy camper anyway 🙂
On the train, again. Feels like I’m doing a lot of travelling these days and looking back I can say it’s so. Having spent two nights in my own bed out of 23 I have a longing for home. Right now I’m on the train between Gothenburg and Malmo. At the moment I’m doing Technet Update with Microsoft on the subject virtualization. We’re talking about, and showing, some different virtualization techniques. We start off with Terminal Services, and looking at the news in Windows Server 2008 we’re covering TS Gateway, TS Remote Programs and TS Web Access. From there we talk about Softgrid and application virtualization, showing off some different versions of Word and different Java-versions in Internet Explorer. We’re also covering the application sequencing and group policy management. On the more “real” side of virtualization we take a brief look at Virtual PC and Virtual Server before moving on to Hyper-V (the thing previously known as Windows Virtualization Services, previously known as Viridian. Just like Prince…). Gothenburg went allright, as always when you’re on tour there’s some ups and downs. We’ll get it right!
Now it’s time to prepare the presentation for tomorrow and do the improvements that our audience in Gothenburg pointed out.
